As the Director of the Oakland University Art Gallery, Goody has curated over 60 exhibitions and is responsible for their corresponding catalogues focusing largely on contemporary art, artist's books, and ethnographic objects.
Goody has been the focus of ten solo exhibitions and participated in over forty group shows. His work has been exhibited in London, New York, and Detroit. He earned his M.F.A. from the Slade School of Art in London.
A connoisseur of fiction and non-fiction writing genres, Goody has been published in both. Goody's most recent novella entitled "The Dauphine" became the impetus for the creation of over 50 illustrations and a corresponding series of paintings.
